my Valentine's Decorations

I finished the four Mug Rugs in time for our Saturday Valentine's party.

 Then I decorated the table with them.

   

 And I also placed the tablerunner my Mom made for me a few years ago onto the sideboard.

 Look, she fussy cutted little pansies and used a blanket stitch to appliqué them in place. Then she added embroidered stems and leafes. Isn't it cute? :-)

Ich habe die 4 Mug Rugs noch fertig bekommen vor unserer Valentins-Party am Samstag. Dann habe ich den Tisch damit dekoriert und an jeden Platz eines gelegt.

Außerdem habe ich den Läufer herausgeholt, den meine Mutter vor ein paar Jahren für mich gemacht hat. Schaut mal, sie hat die Stiefmütterchen aus verschiedenen Stoffen ausgeschnitten und appliziert und dann noch gestickte Stengel und Blätter hinzugefügt. Süß, oder? :-)
